Frequently asked questions

• Will you adjust the shipping charge if I buy more than one item?

  Yes, we combine items where we can and only charge the actual shipping cost. However, some items do not ship well together and will need to ship separately. For example, a Poster and a Poi Pounder are not compatible and would not ship together. We will assess each order and email you with your new adjusted shipping charge.

• If I purchase books, can I request book rate?

  Yes, we will be happy to ship out by book rate. However, please be aware that book rate can take up to 8 weeks, sometimes longer and the savings is minimal.

• What is the best time to reach you by phone?

  Hawaii time Monday to Friday 9 AM to 3 PM otherwise Email is best and we will get right back to you regardless of the day.
