1800s CANOE PADDLE

Very old (likely 1800s or early 1900s) and unusual canoe paddle 47" blade is 10" wide. You can see the groove where it was made by hand, unknown wood or origin, some nicks, small piece out at top of handle and both wide spot of blade. Overall very nice condition.
